Overview

Transamerica Series Trust (“Trust” or “TST”) currently offers several investment portfolios. The prospectus describes the portfolios that are available under the policy or annuity contract that is chosen. The Trust is an open-end management investment company, more commonly known as a mutual fund.

Shares of these portfolios are intended to be sold to the asset allocation portfolios offered in this prospectus and to separate accounts of Western Reserve Life Assurance Co. of Ohio, Transamerica Life Insurance Company, Transamerica Financial Life Insurance Company, Transamerica Advisors Life Insurance Company, Transamerica Advisors Life Insurance Company of New York and Monumental Life Insurance Company to fund the benefits under certain individual flexible premium variable life insurance policies and individual and group variable annuity contracts. Shares of these portfolios may be made available to other insurance companies and their separate accounts.
